New Workshop: Managing Stress in Time of Crisis
Thursday, April 30th, 11:15- 12:30 pm
Given the rapid change to a remote work environment and the uncertainty of the pandemic, we are all experiencing some level of increased stress in our work and home environments. This virtual discussion will provide employees with an understanding of and strategies for managing stress. Disclaimer: This is an informational and educational session and is not intended to serve as therapy.
