 You are required to confirm your emergency contact information each semester.

  • Provide, update or confirm the names of at least two emergency contact persons; their relationship to you, their cell, home or work phone numbers; and their email addresses are required.

  • Check the box(es) of whether the contact is an Emergency Contact and/or a Missing Person Contact – the individual Widener would notify if you are determined to be a missing person (required).
